Xbox 360 Disk Read Error / Open Tray Error / Brand New DVD Drive Replacement Service (Old Style xbox 360 only)

This service is to repair Xbox 360's with disk read error faults.

GWD will supply and fit a Brand new Xbox 360 DVD drive (Usually a liteon) to replace the laser unit and mechanics of the DVD drive.

If your Xbox 360 is already iXtreme, we will transfer the DVD key, and install the latest version of iXtreme with no extra charge.

If your DVD drive is NOT iXtreme upgraded, and you would like iXtreme installed, please select from the options above, the iXtreme upgrade can be added for a discounted price at just £15.

If you just require the Xbox 360 DVD drive replacement repair with no iXtreme, your orginal drive key will be kept intact and copied to the new Xbox 360 DVD drive without iXtreme.

Unit is provided with 6 months warranty covering the repair direct with us here at GWD.
We will collect in the event of a fault occurring within the first 30 days.
Customer has to return to base after 30 days.

Delivery times: Your 360 will leave our workshop within 48 hours after arrival. All consoles are sent using Parcel Force Express 24 service. Tracking information is sent the day your order is dispatched, your order will arrive the following working day. Total delivery time depends on how quickly we receive your games console, average turnaround times are 3-5 working days from placing order to delivery.
